HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 7084 of 2025 Court No. - 17 HON'BLE SUBHASH VIDYARTHI, J. 1. Heard Shri Nijam Ahamad, the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioners have sought issuance of a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Tanda to decide the Original Suit No.673 of 2022 expeditiously. 3. The written statement was filed in the suit on 10.04.2023. A perusal of the order- sheet of the trial Court shows that the petitioners had absented in the proceedings for the last five consecutive dates fixed on 11.02.2025, 28.02.2025, 10.03.2025, 26.05.2025 and 16.07.2025. No order passed after 16.07.2025 has been brought on record. 4. As the order-sheet of the trial Court reveals that the petitioners themselves are not perusing the suit diligently and have absented on five consecutive dates, there is no reason for issuing a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed. December 9, 2025 -Amit K- Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nijam Ahamad Counsel for Respondent(s) : (Subhash Vidyarthi,J.)
