The applicant is directed to effect substituted service to the 1st respondent by effecting paper publication in any one of the vernacular dailies, having wide circulation in the State of Andhra Pradesh stating the next hearing date as 03.04.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner. A report has also been filed by the Advocate Commissioner confirming the same. The Advocate Commissioner was initially paid a remuneration of Rs.25,000/-. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of reciept of a copy of this order.
