Learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioners acknowledges the implementation of judgment in the aforesaid manner by the respondent, but asserts that the petitioners have certain surviving grievances against the action/decision/order passed by the respondent, therefore, they be reserved liberty to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of their surviving grievances in accordance with law.
