Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/State. Sri Zafar Aziz, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent no.3-The New Indian Assurance Company Limited. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the claim rejection order dated 19.02.2018 issued by the respondent no.3. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising her grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation dated 06.02.2024 before the respondent no.2, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2/District Magistrate/Chairman, District Level Committee, Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvahit Bima Yojna, District Barabanki should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner taking into consideration the viscera report dated 04.02.2019 issued by the F.S.L. before passing his order. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.2/District Magistrate/Chairman, District Level Committee, Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvahit Bima Yojna, District Barabanki is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date of receipt a true Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ravindra Singh, Satyendra Kumar, Shailesh Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Zafar Aziz Pushpa @ Pushpa Devi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
