GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 5 in opening a suspect sheet bearing No. No.32/SUSPECT-SDOC/2019 against me as illegal arbitrary and in violation of my fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and calling me to the police station regularly on the said basis and consequently set-aside the said suspect sheet.” 2 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the impugned suspect sheet against the Petitioner has been closed vide Memo in C.No.5/D4/DCRB-BPL/2022, dated 19.07.2022 and hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri D.Kasi Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
