Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the FIR dated 24.06.2025 bearing no.0069/2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P.Act, Police Station Gaidas Bujurg, District Balrampur. 3. This Court vide order dated 21.08.2025 has referred the matter to the Mediation Center of this Court. In pursuance thereof, Mediation Center of this Court has submitted its report dated 12.11.2025, which is on record. In para 6 (J) of the settlement agreement, parties have agreed that they have no objection, if this Court decides the instant petition in terms of the said agreement. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The first information report dated 24.06.2025 bearing no.0069/2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P.Act, Police Station Gaidas Bujurg, District Balrampur is quashed.
