The accused/applicants have moved this first bail application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 52/2025 registered at Police Station –Champa, District –Janjgir Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 137(2), 87, 64, 115(2) of BNS and 04 & 06 of POCSO Act. 2 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the trial has already concluded and the applicant has been acquitted by the trial Court, therefore, the present application has become infructuous. 3. Learned State counsel agreed with the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant. 4. In that view of the matter, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
