The a!davit of compliance led by respondent is taken on record. 4. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the contents of the compliance a!davit led by respondent, this Court is of the view that since the order of the writ Court has been complied with by the respondent authority therefore, the present contempt application has lost its e!cacy. 5.
