Heard Sri Phanindra Kumar Chennupati, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that in the light of the interim orders dated 24.09.2020, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 4. As can be seen from the interim order dated 24.09.2020, this Court directed the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the subject property and the existed civil disputes. 5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
