We have also been informed that his age is 22 years. Akshay Kumar states that he intends to go to his aunt's house at Hiriyur. Petitioner No.1, the father has no objection if Akshay Kumar goes to his aunt's house. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners states as the son of the petitioners has appeared before the Court and he intends to go to his aunt's house, the petition be closed. 5. Ordered accordingly.
