Vide Order dated 07.02.2023, the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail in FIR No. 395/2021 registered with Police Station Surankote Poonch for commission of offences under Sections 427, 379 and 448 IPC. The respondents have availed a large number of opportunities for filing the reply to the bail application but till date no reply has been filed by them. It appears that the respondents have no objection to the grant of bail to the petitioners. Besides this, the respondents have not brought to the notice of this Court any instance of violation of the conditions of interim bail by the petitioners. In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide Order dated 07.02.2023 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down therein .
