GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA WRIT PETITION NO: 12394/2025 The Court made the following Order: Heard Sri Vutupalli Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is against the inaction of the respondents in passing any orders on the application of the petitioners, dated 09-08-2024 filed for correction in the web land adangals. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of instructions from the Tahsildar, dated 24.06.2025 received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the Village Revenue Officer, Yerraguntalapalle Village has earlier conducted an enquiry on the representation made by the petitioners and submitted a report to the Office of the Tahsildar. However the said report was not placed before him by the village surveyor. 4. The contents of the letter, dated 13.02.2025 addressed by the Tahsildar to the District Collector in the said regard are as follows: “It is further submitted that on verification of FMB, a subdivision was already made vide 8A No.4/1401 and subdivided as Sy.No.741/1 extent Ac.0.94 cents and Sy.No.741/2 extent Ac.0.59 cents. On filed, the Heritage Milk Dairy is covered in an extent of Ac.0.59 cents in Sy.No.741/2 which is already alienated by 4 government in favour of Heritage Milk Dairy and remaining extent is vacant under possession of government.” 5. The said written instructions of the Tahsildar and his letter, dated 13.02.2025 to the District Collector are placed on record. 6. Without going into the merits of the issue involved, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondent No.4 - Tahsildar to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioners, dated 09.08.2024 in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of the order. 7. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
