Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 06/08/2025 1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10A.1 Directing respondent (s) to forthwith pay the gratuity amount payable to the petitioner on superannuation, arrears of the pension from the date of superannuation till date of payment and monthly pension of the petitioner. 10A.2 Directing respondent(s) to pay interest at the rate of 10% and 9% on gratuity amount payable to the petitioner on superannuation, arrears of the pension 10A.3 Any other relief(s) that this Hon'ble Court may 3 deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was filed this petition for grant of retiral dues as well as on interest. He further submits that retiral dues have already been paid and he is seeking liberty to file appropriate petition for grant of interest. 3. No objection has been raised from other side. 4.
