The present writ petition has been filed with regard to a dispute with private parties being respondent Nos.6 to 14. It appears that there is an injunction order in favour of the petitioner dated August 28, 2025 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ambedkar Nagar in Original Suit No.360 of 2025 (Sufiya Parveen vs. Bushra Bano and others). 3. In light of above factual matrix, we are of the view that the petitioner should move appropriate application before the above civil judge and if any such application has been moved before the civil judge concerned, the civil judge is directed to hear the said matter and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from date. 4.
