Petition has been filed seeking following following prayer:- "i)Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the concerned Opposite parties that they consider the case of petitioners and to frame the policy for regularization of the services of petitioners and Further to regularize the services of petitioners within reasonable time, in the interest of justice." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent authorities with regard to his grievance.
