The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, upon written instructions, submits that a crime has been registered against petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 vide Crime No.61 of 2025 on the file of Alipiri Police Station for the offences under Sections 329(3) and 3(5) of the BNS, based on a complaint received from one Smt. Gurram Nagaratnam, W/o Sri Nagabushana Rao. It is further submitted that the respondent is the daughter of Sri Nagabushana Rao. It is also submitted that, in pursuance of the registration of the crime, the petitioners were called to the police station for the purpose of enquiry.
