In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the opposite party, who is personally present in the Court, has filed an affidavit through the Standing Counsel disclosing that the amount due to the applicant under the orders of the Writ Court has been credited in the account of the applicant. As the order has been complied, this Court refrains from framing charges as stipulated in the order dated 02.04.2025. However, the opposite party is warned to be more cautious in passing orders in compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. It is clarified that in case amount has not been credited in the account of the applicant, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order.
