By means of this application, the applicant herein has prayed for issuance of a direction to the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Lucknow, to decide the case bearing Case No. 1368 of 2007, State v. Ramu Yadav & ors., under Sections 323/34, 325/34, 504, 506, I.P.C., P.S. Chinhat, District Lucknow, which is pending since last 19 years, as early as possible. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made. In this case trial is pending since 2007 and there is no substantial progress, though charges have been framed, as stated. In this view of the matter, the trial court, concerned, is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid Case No. 1368 of 2007. The application is accordingly disposed of.
