By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, (i) Gitanjali Nath @ Gitanjali Devi @ Aijoni (ii) Dipika Devi (ii) Nagen Nath (iv) Ranku Nath, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Laharighat P.S. Case No. 136/2025, under Section 107/118(2)/3(5)/342 of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 05.09.2025, the petitioners appeared before the investigating officer and recorded their statements. It is also submitted that one co-accused has been granted regular bail in connection with this case. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary and submits that the statement of the petitioners have already been recorded by the investigating officer pursuant to the order of this Court. 5. In the given facts and circumstances, the interim protection vide dated 05.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that they shall Page No.# 3/3 co-operate with remaining investigation and shall not hamper/tamper with evidence. 6.
