Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the FIR dated 30.08.2024 bearing no.0271/2024 under Sections 76, 85, 89, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P.Act, Police Station Malihabad, District Lucknow. 3. This Court vide order dated 28.04.2025 has referred the matter to the Mediation Center of this Court. In pursuance thereof, Mediation Center of this Court has submitted its report dated 16.10.2025, which is on record. In para 6 (E) of the settlement agreement, the second party has agreed that she has no objection, if this Court decides the instant petition in terms of the said agreement. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The first information report dated 30.08.2024 bearing no.0271/2024 under Sections 76, 85, 89, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P.Act, Police Station Malihabad, District Lucknow is quashed.
