The District Co-operative Union Limited Kullu vs State of HP and others LPA No. 618 of 2025 Item No. D-24 04.12.2025 Present: Mr. Hirdaya Ram, Advocate, for the appellant. Mr. Pranay Pratap Singh, Additional Advocate General, for respondents No. 1 to 4-State. Learned counsel for the State has placed on record letter dated 02.12.2025, which shows that only show cause notice has been issued to the appellant-union for non-initiation of the election process. We do not find any plausible reason why the orders of the learned Single Judge are not being implemented to hold the elections. However, counsel for the appellant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal.
