The grievance of the petitioners is against the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 25.11.2024 filed pursuant to the endorsement dated 05.07.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent. 4. It is stated that, pursuant to the endorsement of the 3rd respondent, dated 05.07.2024, the petitioners have furnished the requisite particulars as sought therein, vide representation, dated 25.11.2024, however, no orders have been passed on the said representation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition. 5. The matter has been coming up for admission for a long time for filing of a counter by the respondents/for obtaining instructions with regard to the status of the representation, dated 25.11.2024. However, no counter-affidavit has been filed. 6. This Court, on previous dates of adjournments had also directed the respondents to furnish the status of the petitioners’ representation dated
25.11.2024. No such information has been placed before this Court nor any material is placed before the Court regarding the disposal or otherwise of the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.11.2024. 7. Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners’ representation dated 25.11.2024, submitted pursuant to the endorsement dated 05.07.2024, seeking grant of compensation in respect of the subject lands, within a period of three (03)

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 8. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
