The preliminary objection is raised by Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 that the present writ petition is not maintainable as the transfer order of other teachers working in the school, where the present petitioners are working, has been challenged by the petitioners and therefore, the petitioners are not the persons aggrieved, thus, the present writ petition is not maintainable on this ground alone. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has tried to oppose the aforesaid contentions, but, he could not refute that how the petitioners are the persons aggrieved. Upon considering the submissions for the learned counsels for the parties, it is apparent that the petitioners have assailed the transfer orders of the opposite parties no. 6 to 14 and they have not been transferred and they are working in the school.
