Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that Vigilance Committee Report dated 12.12.2022 is in his favour. He further submits that the respondent no.2 being State Level Scrutiny Committee after examining the said vigilance report has sent the matter to the District Level Committee to take a decision with regard to the application of the petitioner. 3. In the light of the same, we direct the respondent no.4 being the District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the matter within a period of six weeks after granting an opportunity of hearing. 4.
