JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 28-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charkapathar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sharp edged weapon and the injuries have been caused in the occipital region of the head of the victim. 4. Considering the injury and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
