--- 06 / 10.02.2025 This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.06.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, Bokaro in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 668 of 2024 arising out of Sector-4 (SC/ST) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023, whereby and wherein, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, Bokaro rejected the anticipatory bail application of the appellants.
2. The present case arises out of a complaint case, wherein it has been alleged that one of the appellant and co-accused persons had duped the Respondent No. 2 of four lakh rupees.
3. It was submitted that the parties have settled their dispute and co- accused persons namely Rajesh Kumar Thakur and Varun Kumar have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 165 of 2024.
4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the appellants. Accordingly, appellants, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order and the learned court below on their surrender, shall release them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, Bokaro in connection with Sector-4 (SC/ST) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.

5. This appeal is allowed and the order dated 15.06.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, Bokaro in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 668 of 2024 arising out of Sector-4 (SC/ST) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 is set aside.
