By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is working as Teacher (L.B.) at Government Primiary Middle School Balpur, Block Baloda, District Janjgir-Champa seeking a direction towards the respondent to include his name in the gradation list of Teacher (L.B.) published by the OfÏce of Joint Director Education Division Bilaspur (Annexure P/1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier in the gradation list published on 01.04.2024 the name of the petitioner 3 was there at S.No. 112 at page no. 22 of the writ petition, however when (Annexure P/1), the subsequent gradation list was published by the Joint Director Education Division Bilaspur, the name of the petitoner has been excluded from the gradation list. Because of the exclusion of the petitioner’s name from the gradation list, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent no. 6 raising a grievance that her name has been excluded from the gradation list, however till date no steps have been taken by the respondent to include her name in the gradation list published by the respondent vide (Annexure P/1). Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the counselling for the promotion to the post of Head Master is schedule to be held on 30.04.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if application is still pending before the Block Education OfÏcer, then necessary steps shall be taken in accordance with law to include the name of the petitioner by verifying and examining the status of the petitioner in the gradation list (Annexure P/1) within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the pleadings as well as gradation list dated 01.04.2024, where the name of the petitioner is at S.No. 112, however subsequently in Annexure P/1, the name of the petitioner has been excluded, the petitioner immediately submitted a representation before the respondent no. 6, however till date not steps have been taken by the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the gradation list of Teacher (L.B.) (Annexure P/1). Looking to the submission made by the petitioner that the counselling proceeding will be started for promotion to the 4 post of Head Master from the 30.04.2025, the respondents are directed to take necessary steps on the application submitted by the petitioner before the Block Education OfÏcer on 11.04.2025 to include her name in the gradation list after making examination and verification of the status of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the order of this Court. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the respondent authorities about the order of this Court. 6. With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
