Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner had worked as a Senior Trade Man in the respondent Corporation and retired from service on 31.05.2023. Though the petitioner was settled with terminal benefits, there were arrears of dearness allowance. The said arrears were also confirmed through the information furnished to the petitioner under the provisions of the Right to Information Act. 4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to disburse the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.43025 of 2025 petitioner's outstanding dearness allowance, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum for the belated period of payment, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
