Naruka, AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 19/08/2025 1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 19.08.2019. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that for compliance of order dated 19.08.2019 and for extending the benefits as ordered by the Court, the Committee vide its recommendation dated 28.03.2014 has sanctioned the Senior and Selection Scale qua the petitioner. Consequent to the recommendation of the committee, the order dated 04.04.2014 [2025:RJ-JP:32548] (2 of 2) [CCP-583/2020] has been issued for extending the benefits of Senior and Selection Scale. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and directions and the orders for grant of benefit of Senior and Selection Scale, the Court observed that compliance of the order has been made. 4.
