PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2 The Court made the following order: The present Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, by the petitioner/Accused No.3 for granting of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.71 of 2024 of Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 (A)(2), 370 (3) of the IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the IT (P)Act. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner/Accused No.3, along with other accused, was running AURA International Thai Spa at M.G. Road and conducting prostitution in the said Spa. It is further the case of the prosecution that the petitioner, along with other accused, bring women from other states so as to lure customers. A ride was conducted on 12.03.2024 on the Spa 2. Centre and arrested Accused Nos.1 and 2. It is revealed that the, Accused No.4 is a co-owner and supplier. / It is case of the petitioner is that he did not involve in the crime as alleged by the Police and he was not present at the scene of offence as on the date of offence. It is further case of 3: % the petitioner/Accused No.3 that he was falsely implicated in the present Crime based on the mediators report. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application stating that the petitioner used bring women from other to countries, lure customers, and conducting illegal activities in the Spa Centre. It is further submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, and in the event of releasing the petitioner/Accused No.3 on bail, it is very difficult to secure his presence. 5. Having considered the submissions made by both the learned counsel, taking into consideration of gravity of offence alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/Accused No.3. 6.
