By the present writ petition, the petitioners, who have completed the one year course of Emergency Care Technician which was floated by the approval of the State Government vide circular dated 04/05/2021, are seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners by which they are seeking provision for employment on the basis of their certificates dated 31/03/2023 which were issued by the Pt. J.N.M. Medical College, Raipur and Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the course has been sanctioned by the State Government vide circular dated 04/05/2021 and looking to the said approval and sanction of the said course, the petitioners have completed the one year course of Emergency Care Technician. The petitioners submitted representations before the State/ Respondents No. 1 & 3, however, the same are still pending before the respondent authorities and no decision has been taken by the authorities. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that if the representations submitted by the petitioners are still pending before the respondent authorities, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and necessary decision will be taken within the stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the State and looking to the limited prayed made by the petitioners that is to consider and decide their representations, the concerned authorities/ respondents No.1 & 3 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law and take appropriate decision within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
