Also heard Ms. M. Sarma, learned counsel for the opposite party. On the last occasion, when this matter was taken up for consideration, Ms. Sarma, the learned counsel for the opposite party, in support of her objection to the review had placed reliance upon the case of Pam Developments (P) Ltd. Vs State of West Bengal reported in (2019) 8 SCC 112. After perusal of the pronouncement made by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, this Court is of the opinion that there may not be any ground requiring review of the order in question.
