Sri Shailednra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the representation of the applicants has been decided by passing order dated 04.12.2025 and communicated to the applicant vide order dated 08.12.2025 in pursuance of the judgement and order dated 03.03.2025. 2. The copies of the orders have been provided during the course of arguments, which is taken on record and the photocopies of the same have been provided to the learned counsel for the applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at some length has submitted that the judgement and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with but liberty may be given to the applicant for challenging the same by filing writ petition. 4. In view of the above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Notice, if any, stands discharged. 6. It is always open for the applicants to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law.
