Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Revision No.C20231400002232/2023 (Sanjiv Singh Versus Vikramjeet Singh and others) under Section 210 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, as early as possible, pending before him since 27.10.2023;" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is opposite party before the Court below. The aforesaid case is pending consideration since 2023 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
