Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application has been filed with the following prayer:- "To issue suitable direction to learned trial Court, i.e., learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District- Gonda to decide and conclude the proceedings of Crl. Misc. Case No. 6873/2025, titled as, State of U.P. Vs. Harishchandra, arising out of Case Crime 0641/2024 u/s 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Gonda, pending before him, within specific time frame, as court may deem fit, just and proper." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed, but the trial is not going on, hence, necessary direction may be issued to the competent Court for expediting the trial of the case in question. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposes the prayer of the applicant and submits that the charge-sheet is of the date 16.11.2024, on which, cognizance has been taken by the Court concerned on 21.02.2025, hence, at this stage, no direction is needed for expediting the trial. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Pankaj Kumar Singh, Vijay Laxmi Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Reena Kumari Gautam .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Civil Sectt. Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) perusing the record, it is evident that the charge-sheet is of the date 16.11.2024, on which, cognizance has been taken by the Court concerned on 21.02.2025. Therefore, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to move appropriate application before the trial Court for expediting the trial in question. In case such application is moved by the applicant, same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law. 6.
