Let the District Magistrate look into the matter so as to expedite the inquiry already ordered by him. 5. Shri Shukla shall communicate our order to the District Magistrate, Gonda for compliance. 6. The petition is disposed of accordingly. 7. Our order shall not be understood as having expressed any opinion on the merits of the allegation against the Gram Pradhan, which may be subject matter of the inquiry.
