Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce appeared for respondent No.1 and Smt.Santhi Chandra, learned Standing Counsel, appeared for respondents 2 & 3. 2. The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIICL) allotted plot No.257, admeasuring 246.97 Square Yards situated at Auto Nagar, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, to the petitioner’s husband on SRS,J W.P.No.13434 of 2025 19.10.2006. Later, an agreement of sale was entered into between the petitioner’s husband and the Zonal Manager–respondent No.3 on 31.12.2007. The petitioner’s husband died on 25.02.2016. Since no sale deed was executed, in pursuance of the agreement of deed dated 31.12.2007, the petitioner made a representation dated 07.04.2025 (Ex.P1) to respondent No.2 to register the same. However, the representation has not been considered so far. Hence, the writ petition. 3. Smt. Santhi Chandra, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions would submit that as per the APIIC Allotment Regulations, in case of death of original allottee, the transfer of allotment will be made in favour of the legal heir, after obtaining all requisite documentary evidences and afterwards a fresh sale agreement will be executed in favour of the legal heir by following the procedure. The petitioner filed a death certificate-cum-family member certificate and a copy of Aadhaar etc. Learned counsel would also submit that during the physical inspection, it was noticed that the original allottee did not construct the building as per the approved plan dated 16.04.2012 and constructed a small shed with a roof of ACC sheets. The APIIC will take further steps after obtaining additional information from the petitioner and pass appropriate orders regarding the sale deed as per the Regulations. 4. Learned Standing Counsel would also submit that the authority will consider the representation made by the petitioner by following due process of law. 5. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will produce the relevant documents, if any, as required by the authority. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned respondent SRS,J W.P.No.13434 of 2025 No.3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide Ex.P1, strictly by following the Regulations as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner shall cooperate with the authority, if any documents are required. No order as to costs.
