Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 15.11.2025 sent by Sri Ramesh Kumar Kanaujia, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri, states that the petitioner has been arrested in pursuance to the impugned FIR, hence, the present petition has become infructuous. The aforesaid statement of the learned AGA has been recorded. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
