This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Rahul Shah, stated to be aged 19 years apprehending arrest in connection with Hajo P.S. Case No. 280/2025 registered u/s 87 of BNS, 2023. 3. The case arose out of an ejahar dated 07.07.2025 lodged by the father of the alleged victim girl about her missing and subsequent recovery from the accused person. 4. The petitioner was granted interim protection on 08.09.2025. The case diary is received and the on the basis of the statement of the girl under Section 183 of BNS, 2023, the prosecution submits that she has stated about her love affair with the accused and eloping with him and that her parents disapproved of their relationship. 5. In such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.09.2025 is hereby made absolute with the following conditions:- (i) he shall co-operate with the process of law. 6.
