The case of the prosecution is that due to a civil dispute, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant and threatened her with a crowbar. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that it is purely a civil dispute, for which, a criminal complaint has been lodged against the petitioners.
