GP FOR EDUCATION The Court made the following: 3 O R D E R: This Writ Petition was filed by the Writ Petitioner challenging the action of 3rd respondent/The Head Master, Zilla Parishad High School, Adavinekkala in passing the impugned proceeding vide Rc.No.2/HM/2025, dated 21.03.2025, which is not in consonance with the provisions of Section 60 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and consequently prays the Court to direct the respondent No.3 to consider the amount to be attached from the salary of petitioner afresh, by giving an opportunity to the petitioner. 2. 2. Today, when the matter has come up for hearing, Sri J.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ Petition.
