Petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to issuance of no dues/no objection certificate (Na Mang Na Jach Praman Patra) for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Honble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing the respondent no. 6 to consider the case of the petitioner and issue a no dues/no objection certificate (Na Mang Na Jach Praman Patra) to the petitioner immediately. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to fix the pension and to give the entire retiral dues to the petitioner at the earliest. 10.4 Any other relief/ relief's, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/State submits that No Objection Certificate was already issued to the petitioner. Subsequently, his pension was also fixed, therefore, nothing remains in this petition. He submits that he has also filed necessary documents in this regard. 3.
