Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner was arraigned as accused No.2 in Crime No.49 of 2025 of the Chirala II Town Police Station, Bapatla District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 329(3), 351(2) 79 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the son of the de facto complainant and the petitioner have certain financial transactions between them. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner requested the son of the de facto complainant to discharge the debt, the latter paid the deaf ear and that the 2nd respondent filed a false complaint against the petitioner and the other accused to avoid payment of money to Accused No.2. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that A.1 was issued with notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., and other accused absconded. 5. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Chirala II Town Police Station, Bapatla District, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2025, by following the procedure provided under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. CRL.P. No.5477 of 2025 6. With the above, the criminal petition is disposed of. 7.
