Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is complainant in Complaint Case No.701 of 2017 (Mohd. Farid Vs. Kumar Singh) under section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station- Khuldabad, District-Prayagraj which is pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.9, Allahabad. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned Magistrate to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
