[B] That, This Hon'ble Court may pleased to direct the Respondents to take a prompt decision about need petitioners' land. And further If land is needed by them then acquisition proceeding must be completed as per law with a stipulated period of time else petitioner land may given back to the petitioner for free use. [C] That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to pass an order, issue a direction or necessary command by way of any suitable write and direct the respondents that if petitioner land is going to be acquired by them, in such case they must give proper and fair compensation to the Petitioner with all consequential relief. He further submits that representations were made by the petitioners before the respondent authorities, and at present, acquisition proceedings have already been initiated by the competent authority. He, therefore, prays for a direction to the concerned Land Acquisition officer to conclude the acquisition proceedings expeditiously. Further, he would pray that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to raise all available grounds before the concerned authority. 5) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would raise no objection. 6) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Dubey, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the concerned Land Acquisition officer to conclude the land acquisition proceedings expeditiously, if not already decided. -5- 7) The petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all available grounds before the concerned Land Acquisition officer and other competent authorities. 8) With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself.
