Today when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation submitted a copy of instructions from the Commissioner, Piduguralla Municipality wherein it is stated that the amount was paid to the petitioner vide CFMS Token No.2024-282207, dated 13.01.2025. Therefore, prayed to close the writ petition. 3. Recording the same, this Court is of the opinion that, no further orders are required as the bill amounts are already paid to the petitioner in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
