The petitioner has lodged a complaint regarding the misappropriation of funds and in that regard the petitioner had made allegations against some third parties calling upon the 5th respondent to take action. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submits that the petitioner has no locus to file such complaint and the authority who is in charge of the funds have to submit a complaint, if there is any truth in the alleged misappropriation. 3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere in the case. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to take steps before the appropriate authority, in accordance with the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
