Learned counsel for the respondents submits that compliance affidavit has been filed in the Registry of this Court. A copy thereof was made available for perusal. Learned counsel submits that the judgment in question now stands complied with. Attention was invited to an order dated 27.04.2026 appended alongwith the compliance affidavit, re-fixing the pay of the petitioner. Learned counsel 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 further submits that consequential follow up action shall be taken by the respondents. 3. The above position is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. Taking note of the compliance affidavit and re-fixation of petitioner’s pay, the present contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
