Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in the counter affidavit states that charge-sheet dated 01.04.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7.
