The present writ petition challenging the notice given by the concerned Bank on 8th February, 2011 requesting the petitioner to regularized the loan accounts. With the passage of time I am of the view that, the writ petition has been infractuous. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 6835 of 2011 is dismissed as infractuous.
